Concerning our facilities
Below are a number of questions
frequenty asked by customers.
If you have any further questions,

➤Is smoking allowed?
Smoking in prohibited inside all buildings.
In order to prevent smoke from entering the building,
please take a few steps away from the buildings when smoking outside.
Please also remember to use a portable ash tray.
➤Can pets stay over as well?
We are currently not allowing guests to bring pets with them on their stay.
➤Is there a shuttle service?
For those wishing to use our shuttle service from Kintetsu Nabari Station,
please make a prior reservation in the comments section of
the reservation window on the website at least 2 weeks in advance.
(We will pick up passengers at 14:30 at the Lawson in front of Kintetsu Nabari Station's north exit.)
The shuttle bus the following morning will leave for the staton at 11:15.
*The shuttle bus can only be used by guests staying at our hotel.
➤Are the rooms handicap-accessible?
Our hotel is a renovated traditional Japanese house, and as such is not handicap accessible.
There are a number of high steps and stairs.
➤Is it possible to make reservations by phone?
A staff member will be available to answer your calls from 9AM to 6PM. However,
there is a chace that an English-speaking staff member will not be available,
so we recommend that you contact us via LINE or email.
➤Are there any TVs?
There are no TVs in both the rooms and the main hall.
➤Where is eating allowed?
Meals are served in the dining hall. We ask that guests refrain from eating in their rooms.
(Dinner is served at 19:00, and breakfast can be served between 8:00 and 9:30, depending on the guest's preferences.)
➤Concerning food allergies
Please inform us of any food allergies you have when making your reservation.
Please understand that all the meals are made in the same kitchen,
so completely removing all allergens might be difficult.
We cannot promise that our meals will be completely allergen-free.
➤Concerning meals and religious beliefs
We will adjust our menu as much as
possible to accomodate to different religious practices and beliefs.
We will generally be able to provide meals that will match your religious practices and beliefs,
but please contact us beforehand to make sure.
➤Where are the parking areas?
The parking areas are located at the top of a narrow, sloped road.
Turn diagonally right at the white sign to access the parking lot.
We reccomend coming in a smaller car,
but if you are driving a larger car, please call the hotel 10 minutes before arrival.
A staff member will direct you to the most accessible parking spot.
➤What is the proper attire for entering the sauna?
Our sauna is an outdoor sauna. We ask that you wear a swimsuit when using the facility.
There are rental swimsuits, but the number is limited, so we ask that you bring your own if possible.
Concerning Set Plans
➤When is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is between 15:00 and 18:00. Check-out is 11:00.
(for the afternoon Barbecue Plan, the times are 11:30 to 14:00. You will be directed to your changing area after check-out time, so please do not arrive before 11:15,as there is a limited number of parking spaces.)
➤What are the time slots for the sauna?
For guests staying at the hotel, one 2-hour slot can be reserved.
The slots are first-come-first-serve, so please inform us of your desired time slot beforehand.

1. 15:00~17:00 / 2. 17:00~19:00 / 3. Following morning 7:00~9:00 / 4. 9:00~ 11:00

The price of the first slot in included with your room cost.
If you wish to reseve a second slot, you can for an additional 5,000 yen.
*Please note that you might not be able to reserve your desired time/
a second slot if there are no more available slots.
➤Is it possible to reserve only the sauna?
Due to our location and our desire for our guests to relax and enjoy the slow passing of time,
we do not provide any plans for sole sauna usage.
If you wish to use our sauna, please make a reservation for the Sauna BBQ plan,
or reserve a room for the night. The atmosphere around our sauna is very relaxing and soothing.
We hope you can enjoy your time at our sauna and hotel.
➤Are there any Anniversary Plans?
For those who wish to celebrate an anniversary at our hotel,
we can prepare a cake with a chocolate message board.
Please inform us of the details of your request
(partner's name, anniversary date, message content, etc.)
➤How should I prepare for cold weather?
Yamazoe Village has high elevation and is a cold area.
Guests coming between November and March should prepare warm
clothing to wear both inside and outside.
Those coming by car should prepare snow tires.
➤Can I reserve a room for one person?
Although it is cheaper to reserve a room for 2 or more guests
(as the price is split amongst the number of guests,)
it is possible to reserve a room for one person.
In such a case, we recommend Ibuki, which, depending on the day,
will cost between 40,000 and 45,000 yen.
