Please note that Ume is a small inn located in a quiet mountain hamlet.
As the original architecture of the building has been carefully preserved,
we ask for your understanding of certain precautions during your stay.

Firstly, because all rooms are made of wood, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the premises.

Secondly, the preservation of the natural architecture means that there are some steps and raised ledges throughout the building.
Handrails are provided in most areas, but we kindly ask that you watch your step.

Lastly, while each room is equipped with WiFi, mobile phone reception may be limited depending on your carrier or location within the building.

We invite you to embrace the tranquility that comes with disconnecting,
and to enjoy a peaceful time away from the noise of the outside world.
